GLAM HOUSE eGIFT CARD POLICIES

1. All Sales Are Final
Glam House eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. Digital Delivery
All gift cards are delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address is correct.
 

3. 90-Day Expiration
Glam House eGift Cards expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Unused balances after the expiration date will be forfeited.
 

4. Redeemable for Services Only
Gift cards may be applied toward any Glam House service.
They cannot be used toward retail products unless otherwise stated.
 

5. Appointment Policies Still Apply
Using a gift card does not exempt clients from standard booking rules: cancellation & rescheduling policies, late arrival rules, and no-show fees. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the balance.
 

6. Non-Transferable 
Gift cards may only be used by the person named on the card.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards
Glam House is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. 

8. Partial Redemptions
Unused balances remain on the card until the expiration date. Balances do not roll over after 90 days.
 

9. Not Combinable with Certain Promotions
Gift cards may not be used with certain discounts, promotions, or special event pricing unless specifically permitted
 

10. Card on File Still Required
A valid card on file is required to secure appointments, even when using a gift card for payment.
